I am defeated,so far, in picking it.
I have spent hours trying to do so.
Although I am fairly new, I have succeeded is about 10 other misc. locks.
youtube has provided me some hints to try.

Latches for the most part have 5 or 6 pins, while a Best center can have up to 8. Here is article about it http://www.careercloud.com/news/2015/10/11/10-embarrassing-things-not-to-include-in-a-resume Besides, they at times incorporate some spool or mushroom pins, which makes picking them trickier.

This is an unfortunate event that a lot of illegal locksmiths are working criminally all over the United States. They are operating conflicting companies with different names, which are un-registered. These unlicensed locksmiths have got a license to operate a single company, and they are doing a lot of businesses under a single license, no matter their businesses are law or unlawful.

Padlocks usually have 4 or 5 pins, while a Best core can have up to 7. Furthermore, they sometimes include some spool or mushroom pins, which makes picking them trickier.

I am by no means a professional lock picker, but I can generally get masterlocks in probably under a minute. Best is being a pain in the ass because I literally spent an hour trying to unlock a best padlock and a best doorlock. That should be illegal how hard it is.
